Green Hive Foundation is a 501 c 3 for the advancement of education, programs and services related to clean technologies, climate change, green job development and sustainable economic development. The Foundation creates original content and partners with industry experts to enable educational resources and sustainable best practices to be accessible on a global scale.
Green Hive Foundation is focused on the following charter:
Green Hive Foundation provides a means by which the most relevant, timely and authentic resources, technologies, seminars, certification programs, lecture series and webinars are made accessible to the public.
Green Hive Foundation is working with educational and professional partners such as Los Angeles Community College District, the US Green Building Council, El Camino College, CRA/LA, Habitat for Humanity, Grid Alternatives and USC’s Sustainable Cities program, the Green Building Pages, Asset Network for Education Worldwide, the National Building Museum and the American Institute of Architects.
At the Green Hive facilities, the Foundation will curate rotating educational exhibits that highlight environmental stewardship, the latest green-tech advancements, and sustainable building practices. Cross training on materials, products and systems will allow staff and interns to solve challenges and help bring together members of the community, students and employers.
